Supports community race and event operations across mountain locations, including racecourse setup, course officiating, snowmobile logistics, award ceremonies, event promotion, guest service, volunteer communication, and equipment and prize inventory management. Requires expert skiing or snowboarding ability, knowledge of racecourse operations and mountain terrain, strong communication skills, physical stamina, and availability for variable seasonal schedules and winter conditions.

Provide guests with mountain information and customer service while managing ski and bag check-in/check-out, secure storage, accounting, lost-and-found items, and point-of-sale transactions. Maintain accurate records, organized work areas, and compliance with safety and operational procedures. The role requires working indoors and outdoors in winter conditions, handling items up to 40 pounds, and supporting guests and coworkers during a seasonal schedule.
