Manage principal discretionary budgets, forecasts, procurement, vendor payments, and campus fundraising cash handling. Ensure compliance, asset inventory, and timely financial documentation. Train staff on procurement and cash handling, collaborate with school leaders and the network Financial Planning Team to achieve fiscal targets and maintain organized, confidential financial operations.

Manage all non-instructional campus operations including front office, enrollment, transportation, nutrition, facilities, construction oversight, technology coordination, and auxiliary services. Drive staff development, recruitment, attendance/ADA targets, data tracking, and customer service to meet operational and financial goals.
