Teach standards-aligned lessons (80%) and lead schoolwide MTSS systems (20%) including intervention planning, data analysis, compliance, and teacher support to ensure timely academic and behavioral interventions.

Deliver rigorous, standards-aligned middle school math instruction, adapt lessons for diverse learners, track and communicate student progress, use data to drive instruction, manage classroom behavior, participate in school meetings and tutoring, complete curriculum tasks, and engage in ongoing professional development. Maintain weekly grading and spend 40+ hours on campus.

Coordinate and support a district-wide Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS) for academic and behavioral interventions. Provide technical assistance, monitor student progress, ensure fidelity of RTI/PBIS meetings, prepare and share data, train staff, establish policies and communication systems, and coordinate between schools, families, and support services to drive student outcomes.

Lead a K-6 classroom delivering standards-aligned instruction, manage classroom culture, use assessment data to drive instruction and interventions, support diverse learners (ESE, 504, ELL), engage families, participate in professional development, and uphold school policies and documentation deadlines.

Lead and develop teachers and campus staff to achieve ambitious student achievement targets. Oversee curriculum implementation, compliance (ESE, ESOL, RtI), talent hiring and development, data-driven instruction, behavior systems, family engagement, daily operations, special education IEP delivery, and professional development to drive academic gains and school performance.

Lead campus MTSS systems (20%): run data meetings, monitor Tier 2/3 interventions, ensure compliance, collaborate with ESE/504/ESOL teams, and support families. Use extended start/end weeks for MTSS setup, reporting, and planning.

Oversee all non-instructional campus operations—front office, enrollment, transportation, nutrition, health services, facilities, construction, technology, and auxiliary services. Lead hiring, staff development, student recruitment and onboarding, attendance strategy, data tracking, and compliance to achieve retention, enrollment, attendance, and operational/financial targets.

Lead and coach regional non-instructional operations for multiple schools, ensuring enrollment targets, compliance, facilities readiness, vendor management, budgeting, and exceptional family experience while supporting regional growth and emergency preparedness.

Manage campus financial operations including principal discretionary budgets, procurement and vendor payments, fundraising cash receipts, asset inventory, and monthly financial reporting. Partner with Financial Planning to forecast results, train staff on procurement and cash handling, and ensure compliance with documentation and school policies to meet local financial goals.

Manage all non-instructional campus operations including front office, enrollment, transportation, nutrition, facilities, construction oversight, technology coordination, and auxiliary services. Drive staff development, recruitment, attendance/ADA targets, data tracking, and customer service to meet operational and financial goals.
