Location: South Florida (Broward, Palm Beach & Collier Counties – Hybrid with Regional Travel)
Compensation: $115,000 – $175,000 / year + Full Benefits
Reports To: Superintendent
Transform Education Across South FloridaSMART Management, powering 25+ BridgePrep Academy charter campuses, is seeking a high-performing executive leader to manage, coach, and scale a portfolio of 6–12 charter school principals across Broward, Palm Beach, and Collier counties.
This role combines executive leadership development with strategic expansion—including leading high-profile new campus launches like BridgePrep Ives Dairy and BridgePrep Royal Palm Beach.
Core Focus AreasPrincipal Coaching & Pipeline: Conduct biweekly coaching with principals, build instructional capacity, and mentor emerging leaders.
Academic Performance: Drive data reviews, accountability, and targeted interventions across your portfolio to maintain high school grades.
Campus Expansion: Lead pre-launch readiness and integration for new South Florida campuses.
Network Strategy: Partner with the Chief Schools Officer and network teams (Operations, Academics, Talent) to drive long-term growth.
Campus Launches: Successfully open new campuses (Ives Dairy / Royal Palm Beach) fully enrolled and staffed.
School Performance: Improve or maintain portfolio letter grades; achieve 85%+ K–2 reading proficiency.
Retention: Maintain 85%+ Principal Retention and 85%+ Teacher Retention.
3+ years of successful Principal/Head of School experience (Charter/District preferred).
3+ years of K-12 teaching experience.
Master’s degree in Educational Leadership preferred.
Proven track record in student achievement, principal development, or new school launches.
Located in or willing to relocate to South Florida with regular regional campus travel.
