Operate and optimize SAP BTP services across multiple environments in a FedRAMP-authorized federal cloud. Responsibilities include platform reliability, security, governance, monitoring, incident response, disaster recovery, upgrades, patching, change control, identity management, and compliance. The engineer will troubleshoot complex issues, maintain operational documentation, coordinate with engineering and security stakeholders, participate in on-call support, and mentor platform engineers.

Administer and optimize enterprise SAP landscapes across cloud and traditional infrastructure. Responsibilities include SAP Basis administration, database management, upgrades, migrations, patching, performance tuning, backup and recovery, disaster recovery, troubleshooting, change management, and technical leadership across Windows, Linux, and multiple cloud platforms.

Serve as the primary technical advisor for customer SAP cloud environments in SAP RISE. Manage architecture, service delivery, landscape optimization, migrations, integrations, security, disaster recovery, and lifecycle activities. Coordinate technical teams, resolve escalated issues, lead operational reviews, and translate complex requirements into practical solutions. The role requires SAP Basis expertise, cloud architecture knowledge, customer-facing consulting experience, technical project management, and strong stakeholder communication.

Supports Department of Veterans Affairs acquisition and contract-management activities for IT modernization programs. Responsibilities include monitoring deliverables, coordinating invoice approvals and contract modifications, tracking funding and CLINs, maintaining acquisition documentation, facilitating stakeholder meetings, managing risks, and translating technical requirements into procurement artifacts. The role advises CORs and PMO leadership while applying FAR, VAAR, and federal contracting practices across government, budget, technical, and contractor teams.

Supports a Federal customer by gathering and documenting requirements, assisting with testing and validation, performing ongoing operations and maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with customer and internal stakeholders. The role requires strong problem-solving, communication, organization, independence, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a technical environment. An active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph and successful customer crossover are required.
