Operate and optimize SAP BTP services across multiple environments in a FedRAMP-authorized federal cloud. Responsibilities include platform reliability, security, governance, monitoring, incident response, disaster recovery, upgrades, patching, change control, identity management, and compliance. The engineer will troubleshoot complex issues, maintain operational documentation, coordinate with engineering and security stakeholders, participate in on-call support, and mentor platform engineers.

Administer and optimize enterprise SAP landscapes across cloud and traditional infrastructure. Responsibilities include SAP Basis administration, database management, upgrades, migrations, patching, performance tuning, backup and recovery, disaster recovery, troubleshooting, change management, and technical leadership across Windows, Linux, and multiple cloud platforms.

Serve as the primary technical advisor for customer SAP cloud environments in SAP RISE. Manage architecture, service delivery, landscape optimization, migrations, integrations, security, disaster recovery, and lifecycle activities. Coordinate technical teams, resolve escalated issues, lead operational reviews, and translate complex requirements into practical solutions. The role requires SAP Basis expertise, cloud architecture knowledge, customer-facing consulting experience, technical project management, and strong stakeholder communication.
