Own end-to-end payer network contracting and rate negotiation for national and regional commercial and Medicare payers. Manage contract submissions, negotiations, and payer relationships; maintain contract and rate tracking systems; benchmark and monitor reimbursement; identify network growth opportunities; collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and scale processes.

Own full-cycle enterprise sales to virtual care companies: prospecting, discovery, demo, proposal, and close. Advise on reimbursement strategy, payer dynamics, and billing models. Help build a repeatable sales playbook, feed market intelligence, and scale Bridge's GTM motion while working closely with Head of Growth.

Own and scale Bridge's enterprise sales motion: convert inbound enterprise pipeline and build self-sourced outbound into strategic virtual care accounts. Run full-cycle, consultative sales with C-suite buyers, co-sell early deals with Head of Growth, document the enterprise playbook, and feed market intelligence to product and GTM teams.

Own a portfolio of ~18 telehealth partners to drive retention and commercial growth. Lead renewals, quantify ROI, run QBRs, manage partner health scores, identify expansion opportunities, negotiate terms, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver service expansions and resolve operational questions. Serve as the strategic partner contact and ensure partners view Bridge as essential infrastructure.

Lead design as Bridge's first product designer: create the design system, design complex clinical and operational workflows (starting with provider onboarding), run user research and usability testing, collaborate with engineering through implementation and UX QA, and own product content, documentation, and brand artifacts.

Lead strategic improvement of revenue cycle operations (coding automation, eligibility, claims) for new service lines. Build roadmaps, run audits and analyses, own dashboards and reporting, and drive cross-functional resolution of RCM issues.

Lead and scale the Provider Operations function overseeing credentialing and payer enrollment. Build and manage large teams, optimize end-to-end processes, define KPIs and dashboards, ensure quality and compliance, deepen payer partnerships, and partner with engineering to improve onboarding tooling and throughput.

Perform end-to-end revenue cycle tasks including eligibility verification, charge entry, claim submission, payment posting, collections and denial management. Provide partner and patient support, identify trends and revenue opportunities, and maintain KPI targets while using billing systems, EMRs, clearinghouses, and related tools.

Serve as the primary technical contact for telehealth partners: run kick-offs, triage Slack, meet SLA commitments (including occasional weekend coverage), build and ship integrations, SDKs, and partner-facing tooling, translate partner needs into specs/bugs, and produce external documentation and guides.

Provide executive support to the CEO and CLO including calendar, inbox, travel, meeting prep and follow-ups; run Boulder office operations (supplies, vendors, facilities, IT); coordinate events, onboarding, and travel/expenses; build automations for routine tasks and document processes; and expand into broader people and ops projects as the company scales.
