Lead and build Bridge's partner support function: design triage/escalation/SLAs, hire and coach a support team, use tooling (Pylon/HubSpot) and data to resolve issues fast, eliminate recurring friction via root-cause fixes, proactively monitor partner health, and coordinate with Account Management to drive operational improvements and knowledge management.

Perform accurate medical coding (CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS), audit coded data, support coding-related appeals, maintain compliance with CMS/HIPAA, and educate RCM staff to optimize reimbursement in a telehealth setting.

Own partner onboarding from contract signature through first visit, coordinating credentialing, engineering, compliance, clinical, and sales teams. Manage milestone-driven project plans, dependencies, deliverables, standups, status updates, partner training, and blocker escalation to achieve fast go-lives. Serve as the primary partner contact, ensure a seamless launch experience, and implement improvements that make onboarding faster and more scalable.
