Leads daily operations of a drive-thru beverage stand, including recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, P&L management, team performance, and culture building. The Stand Manager is responsible for ensuring business success, developing Brewistas and Shift Leaders, and maintaining a positive, accountable, high-performing team. The role offers profit sharing, benefits, and advancement toward Regional Manager.

Leads one beverage-service shift by modeling guest service standards, coordinating positions, maintaining pace and cleanliness, coaching Brewistas, providing real-time feedback, protecting health-code standards, and communicating issues to the Baller Manager. The role also supports machine maintenance, shift coverage, team development, and consistent execution of the 7 Brew mission and service standards.

Leads one coffee-shop shift at a time by modeling service standards, coaching Brewistas, maintaining drink quality and pace, protecting health and cleanliness standards, and communicating team or performance concerns to the Baller Manager. Provides hands-on training and feedback, supports position coverage, manages shift flow, and promotes 7 Brew’s values of kindness, energy, authenticity, connection, and creativity.
