Assist customers with RV and boat parts, accessories, product usage, maintenance, and installation guidance. Conduct new and used unit orientations, manage inventory, organize merchandise displays, resolve issues involving returns or stock-outs, and support sales through product recommendations. The role requires strong communication, customer service, product-learning ability, and a professional demeanor in a fast-paced retail environment.

Intake and log IT helpdesk requests by phone and email, communicate issues to the IT team, coordinate resolutions, assist with login and account administration, support onboarding and offboarding, maintain FAQs, and perform basic purchasing and administrative tasks.

Owns month-end close, financial reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, fixed asset and inventory accounting, lender reporting, internal controls, and regulatory compliance across multiple dealership locations. The manager analyzes financial trends, supports leadership decisions, standardizes processes, improves efficiency, and supervises and develops accounting staff. The role also prepares year-end financial statements, trains dealership employees, and manages accounting policies and procedures.

Assist customers in selecting camping and boating accessories, demonstrate RVs and outdoor gear, recommend upgrades, and build lasting customer relationships. This entry-level sales role requires enthusiasm for the outdoors, strong communication skills, teamwork, flexibility for weekend and holiday schedules, and willingness to learn. Compensation includes hourly pay plus commission, with training, advancement opportunities, and employee benefits.

Leads dealership sales operations across new and pre-owned RV, boat, watercraft, and snowmobile sales. Oversees inventory, pricing, deal structuring, financial performance, F&I coordination, promotions, events, and customer issue resolution. Coaches Sales and F&I teams, drives profitability and sales goals, develops talent, and collaborates with Operations, Parts, and Service to deliver excellent customer experiences.

Maintain dealership lot by safely moving, parking, organizing RVs, boats, and trailers; operate equipment (forklifts, tractors, trucks); perform seasonal grounds maintenance, minor repairs, inventory staging, and support sales/service teams while following safety procedures.

Provide attentive, nurturing care for infants and young children; maintain routines; assist with feeding, diapering, and hygiene; create age-appropriate learning activities; observe and communicate developmental progress to parents; maintain classroom cleanliness and safety; support school readiness and fellow teachers.

Manage and dispatch RV service work orders, coordinate shop capacity with service leadership, perform quality control checks, assist with vehicle movement, answer service calls, maintain compliance with dealership policies, and attend factory and company training.
