Sells new and used RVs and boats, builds customer relationships and prospect pipelines, conducts market research and equipment demonstrations, closes sales, and maintains customer and territory information. The role requires knowledge of equipment values, financing options, industry trends, and company sales processes. It also involves collaborating with sales management and finance teams, maintaining company vehicles and equipment, attending training, and delivering excellent customer service.

Sell RVs and boats by building customer relationships, managing the sales pipeline, following the dealership’s sales process, and closing deals. The role requires strong communication, investigative, and negotiation skills, high activity, competitiveness, coachability, and customer focus. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license with a clean recent record, and willingness to work Saturdays. Prior commission-based, RV, automotive, powersports, or retail sales experience is preferred but not required.

Owns month-end close, financial reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, fixed asset and inventory accounting, lender reporting, internal controls, and regulatory compliance across multiple dealership locations. The manager analyzes financial trends, supports leadership decisions, standardizes processes, improves efficiency, and supervises and develops accounting staff. The role also prepares year-end financial statements, trains dealership employees, and manages accounting policies and procedures.

Leads dealership sales operations across new and pre-owned RV, boat, watercraft, and snowmobile sales. Oversees inventory, pricing, deal structuring, financial performance, F&I coordination, promotions, events, and customer issue resolution. Coaches Sales and F&I teams, drives profitability and sales goals, develops talent, and collaborates with Operations, Parts, and Service to deliver excellent customer experiences.
