Sell RVs and boats by following the dealership sales process: prospect leads, demonstrate inventory, use CRM to manage follow-up, meet monthly sales goals, and maintain customer relationships. Participate in training, work Saturdays, and support dealership growth and market-share initiatives.

Manage and dispatch RV service work orders, coordinate shop capacity with service leadership, perform quality control checks, assist with vehicle movement, answer service calls, maintain compliance with dealership policies, and attend factory and company training.

Handle incoming helpdesk requests via phone and email, log tickets in the help desk database, communicate with IT and other departments, assist with onboarding/offboarding, basic supply purchasing, login assistance, and maintain FAQs while providing patient, clear customer service.

Sell RVs and boats by building customer relationships, managing a sales pipeline, following the Bretz sales process, closing deals, maintaining high activity and professionalism, and collaborating with the sales team. Meet schedule requirements including Saturdays and perform light physical tasks on the lot.

Lead month-end close, prepare executive financial reporting, reconcile balance sheets, manage fixed assets and floorplan lender reporting, develop accounting policies and controls, analyze financial trends, supervise and train accounting staff across multiple dealership locations to improve processes and ensure compliance.

Greet customers, assist with parts and accessories, provide new and used RV/boat orientations, manage inventory and displays, inspect returns, resolve customer issues, and support sales and parts team tasks.
