The Research Analyst will conduct quantitative and qualitative research, engage in policy advocacy, and support Justice Program initiatives aimed at improving the criminal justice system.

Support mid-level donor fundraising ($1K–<$15K) and fundraising operations: maintain donor/gift records, prepare lists and reports, coordinate events and outreach, conduct donor research, manage CRM logistics, handle donor inquiries, and support cross-team pipeline and stewardship activities to help raise $9–12M annually.
