Provide clinical DME coordination and expertise in orthopedic settings: manage EHR DME workflows, perform fittings and dispensing, educate patients and providers, manage inventory and returns, support billing/EOOP and prior authorizations, deliver on-site account support, and analyze operational data to improve service and compliance.

Manage purchasing and procurement activities including generating POs, RFQs, negotiating pricing and terms, driving supplier performance, supporting NPI supplier readiness, collaborating with engineering/quality/manufacturing, leading cross-functional supply chain projects, and mentoring junior team members.

Sell and manage assigned orthopedic accounts: identify prospects, support territory sales, provide product education and fittings, assist with insurance paperwork and inventory management, maintain schedules/reports, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve patient care.
