Sells orthopedic DME products and healthcare solutions across Asheville and Western North Carolina. Responsibilities include meeting sales quotas, developing customer relationships, managing accounts, providing product expertise, measuring and fitting patients, completing insurance billing paperwork, protecting PHI under HIPAA, and identifying new opportunities. The role requires frequent travel among clinics, hospitals, surgery centers, and medical offices.

Provides reception, visitor management, office coordination, administrative support, invoice and purchase order processing, event coordination, correspondence, filing, and assistance with daily distribution center operations.

Analyzes financial and operational performance across company operations, prepares reports, budgets, forecasts, and financial models, and performs variance, cost, and profitability analysis. Monitors purchasing policy and financial controls, collaborates with Finance and Operations teams, maintains financial documentation, and supports process standardization, continuous improvement, and reporting automation.
