Coordinates clinic front desk and patient experience activities, including greeting patients, scheduling appointments, collecting payments, obtaining insurance authorizations, maintaining EHR records, preparing paperwork, requesting medical records, and managing supplies and reports. Cross-trains in medical assistant duties such as allergy injections, taking vitals, rooming patients, and verifying allergen testing accuracy. May travel between assigned clinics.

Build relationships with physicians, practice managers, nurses, and referral teams across the Midland/Odessa healthcare market. Educate providers about allergy and sinus services, develop referral partnerships, generate patient referrals, coordinate networking events, track activities in Salesforce, meet outreach and growth goals, and collaborate with clinic, provider, marketing, and relations teams. The role is designed for an RN, LVN, or healthcare professional transitioning from clinical care into medical sales and provider relations.

Leads operations across multiple allergy and sinus clinics, overseeing non-provider teams, staffing, budgets, financial performance, patient experience, growth, quality, and compliance. Uses clinic-level KPIs, financial reports, and operational dashboards to identify gaps and implement corrective actions. Develops clinic leaders, manages performance, optimizes provider capacity, controls expenses, and partners with providers and support departments. Requires frequent travel among assigned Texas locations.

Serves as a subject matter expert resolving complex, high-dollar medical billing denials, appeals, payer disputes, and patient account issues. Performs denial trend root cause analysis, develops appeal strategies, interprets payer and coding rules, manages systemic reimbursement problems, and recommends process improvements. Provides escalation support, mentorship, and functional leadership to junior accounts receivable specialists while reviewing write-offs and adjustments and ensuring revenue cycle compliance.

Provides patient billing support through phone, email, and account reviews. Explains statements, insurance processing, balances, and financial responsibility; investigates claims, payments, denials, and adjustments using payer portals and practice management systems. Processes payments, supports payment plans, resolves billing issues, documents interactions, assists clinic staff, and coordinates with accounts receivable, coding, authorization, and collections teams.

Manage daily operations across multiple clinics in the DFW region, lead front/back office clinical teams, ensure compliance with clinical protocols, support providers, improve patient experience, oversee staffing, training, inventory, and perform bi-monthly site visits.
