Oversee daily operations of multiple DFW clinics: lead front- and back-office staff, ensure compliance with clinical protocols, coordinate with providers and departments, improve patient experience, manage staffing/timecards, perform bi-monthly site visits, and support clinical duties as needed.

Build and maintain relationships with referring physicians and staff, deliver in-person educational presentations on Aspire services, track interactions in Salesforce, meet KPI targets, generate patient referrals, collaborate with marketing and provider relations, and support local provider engagement events.
