Executive leader responsible for end-to-end revenue cycle performance across a multi-state specialty platform. Owns revenue integrity, cash collections, AR, denials, payer relations, KPI reporting, systems optimization (NextGen, Waystar), CBO development, acquisition integrations, and cross-functional partnerships to improve reimbursement and EBITDA contribution.

Manage denied, rejected, and invalid medical claims: research denial reasons, correct and resubmit claims, submit appeals and medical records, communicate with payers and patients, document actions, escalate unresolved denials, and maintain AR compliance and specialty coding knowledge.

Build and maintain relationships with referring physicians in the San Antonio region, deliver face-to-face presentations, meet KPI targets, use Salesforce to track interactions, educate providers on services, run meet-and-greets and outreach events, collaborate with marketing and leadership, and drive patient referrals into Aspire clinics.
