Coordinates Adult Education and Literacy accountability, grant compliance, student information systems, testing operations, data integrity, performance reporting, and audit documentation. Serves as the department’s accountability liaison with the Texas Workforce Commission, monitors data quality, coordinates corrective actions, evaluates assessment results, trains staff, and develops standardized procedures. The role is full-time, grant-funded, and requires 100% on-site presence, with occasional driving to off-campus locations.

Supports the college esports program by recruiting and retaining students, developing training and practice schedules, analyzing gameplay, mentoring student-athletes, and promoting team culture and academic success. Coordinates competitions, travel, accommodations, casting activities, and collaboration among coaches, captains, managers, and administrators. Requires coaching ability in at least two specified esports titles, casting or production experience, strong communication and leadership skills, an associate’s degree, and a driver’s license. The role is fully on-site and requires campus travel and occasional driving to off-campus locations.

Lead and execute institutional research and evaluation projects supporting planning, accountability, and enrollment management. Perform advanced quantitative and qualitative analyses, prepare compliance reports (IPEDS, National Student Clearinghouse), design surveys, develop data visualizations and dashboards, query institutional databases, maintain reproducible code and documentation, and communicate findings to stakeholders.

Provide operational leadership and day-to-day management of the Financial Aid & Scholarships Office, supervise staff, administer federal/state/institutional aid and scholarships, ensure regulatory compliance, manage SIS and financial aid systems, perform reporting, reconciliation, data analysis, and implement process and technology improvements to support student service and enrollment goals.

Provide clerical and instructional support for Adult Education & Literacy: organize materials, track inventory, proctor assessments, maintain records and certifications, assist student retention efforts, attend trainings, and record hours in the electronic timecard system. Part-time up to 19 hours/week.

Assist instructors and students in electrical labs, monitor and report safety issues, and report to the Director of Mechanical and Construction Technologies. Part-time pool position; college benefits do not accrue.
