Lead and execute institutional research and evaluation projects supporting planning, accountability, and enrollment management. Perform advanced quantitative and qualitative analyses, prepare compliance reports (IPEDS, National Student Clearinghouse), design surveys, develop data visualizations and dashboards, query institutional databases, maintain reproducible code and documentation, and communicate findings to stakeholders.

Oversees financial aid awarding and compliance, supervises staff processing applications, administers aid databases and reconciliation, counsels students, coordinates IT/system updates, and serves as liaison for audits and campus stakeholders.

Design and revise online and hybrid courses, support faculty with LMS and authoring tools, apply instructional design models and accessibility/UDL principles, provide training, and collaborate with academic and technology teams to improve student learning outcomes.

Lead Catalyst and Dual Enrollment programs to increase enrollment, retention, and completion. Manage onboarding, advising, events, partnerships, curriculum pathways, KPIs, budgets, communications, and staff support to promote student transition and success.

Provide clerical and instructional support for Adult Education & Literacy: organize materials, track inventory, proctor assessments, maintain records and certifications, assist student retention efforts, attend trainings, and record hours in the electronic timecard system. Part-time up to 19 hours/week.

Provide administrative and operational support for Institutional Research: route and track data requests, perform data extraction and survey administration, maintain budgets and files, coordinate events and travel, manage software licenses and website content, take meeting minutes, and assist stakeholders with reports and communications to support student success initiatives.

Provide clerical and instructional support for Adult Education & Literacy programs: assist instructors, maintain inventory and records, proctor assessments, track attendance, support student retention, and complete required training. Part-time, campus-based role (Alvin/Pearland), up to 19 hours/week.

Provide front-line enrollment support: guide students through applications, verify residency, update student records and register for classes, manage/document student files and transcripts, assist with grade receipt and correspondence, and serve internal/external customers.

Assist instructors and students in electrical labs, monitor and report safety issues, and report to the Director of Mechanical and Construction Technologies. Part-time pool position; college benefits do not accrue.

Receive, evaluate, and dispatch emergency and non-emergency calls using CAD, radio, and law enforcement databases (NCIC/TCIC/TLETS/SETCIC). Serve as communications link with other agencies, monitor campus via video surveillance, enter real-time records, and maintain calm under stress while multitasking and coordinating officer response.

Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for college advising services, implementing a caseload advising model. Supervise and develop advising staff, manage Welcome Center operations, design retention and early-alert interventions, use SIS/CRM and data to monitor outcomes, coordinate onboarding/registration, collaborate with academic departments and campus partners, and produce reports and dashboards to drive continuous improvement in student persistence and completion.
