Leads the Liberal Arts and Sciences division, overseeing faculty, staff, budgets, academic programs, curriculum, accreditation, assessment, scheduling, recruitment, and student success initiatives. The Dean supervises personnel, supports professional development, drives continuous improvement and innovation, manages stakeholder partnerships, ensures accurate academic communications, and reports to the Vice President of Academic Affairs.

Coordinates institutional and external scholarship programs from application through awarding, disbursement, reconciliation, reporting, and compliance. Processes FAFSA and other financial aid records, determines eligibility, awards aid, maintains confidential records, prepares reports, and supports audits. Advises students and families, communicates with campus and Foundation partners, assists with outreach and workshops, and improves Financial Aid Office processes.

Performs accounting, payroll, reconciliation, procurement card compliance, and financial recordkeeping activities for a college. Reviews transactions for policy compliance, reconciles multiple bank and departmental accounts, prepares payroll journal and tax entries, resolves discrepancies, maintains audit documentation, and supports process improvements. The role requires accurate financial analysis, communication with departments, confidentiality, and independent judgment. This is a fully onsite position.
