Provides direct nursing care and shift leadership for residents in a skilled healthcare setting. Responsibilities include resident assessments, care-plan development, medication administration, physician-order implementation, incident reporting, emergency response, staff supervision, documentation, infection control, regulatory compliance, and coordination with families, physicians, and other care disciplines.

Provide direct nursing care and supervision to residents in a long-term care community. Assess, document, and manage care plans, administer medications, respond to emergencies, coordinate with physicians and families, supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote residents independence and safety.

Provide and supervise direct nursing care for older adult residents: assess, develop and implement care plans, administer medications, monitor conditions, coordinate with physicians, train and lead staff, ensure regulatory compliance and resident safety, and communicate with families.

Provide food service and diet aide support in a senior living community: prepare trays/plates, use portion control, maintain sanitation and OSHA compliance, operate and clean kitchen equipment, monitor temperatures, assist with inventory and supply handling, follow infection-control procedures, and engage compassionately with residents and team members.
