Leads a major client account for a creative agency, managing senior stakeholder relationships, integrated campaign delivery, budgets, profitability, forecasting, and account growth. Translates client objectives into marketing strategies and briefs, coordinates creative and specialist teams, ensures work is delivered on time and within budget, and mentors account staff. The role also involves commercial planning, negotiations, risk management, presentations, and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Supports the Client Services team by coordinating marketing projects from client brief through completion. Responsibilities include preparing timing plans, cost estimates, studio briefs, status reports, and meeting materials; managing deadlines and production workflows; researching markets and competitors; proofreading; data entry; and maintaining effective client and internal relationships. The role offers exposure to multiple agency teams and progression toward Account Manager.
