The Head of Post Course Strategy is responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive career outcomes for Fellows after college. This involves collaborating with regional teams, managing central programs, and using data to improve the fellow experience and incorporating workforce trends into program development.

Lead and operationalize end-to-end talent lifecycle work: build SOPs, coordinate interviews, support compliance, manage ATS/HRIS configuration, analyze recruiting KPIs, and run a small portfolio of full-cycle searches while driving process and systems improvements.

Lead a team of 5-7 Associate Directors to ensure student success across partner campuses by monitoring grades and outcomes, designing interventions, building systems and L&D for grader management and data fluency, conducting performance reviews, and collaborating with Product, Tech, and cross-functional teams to scale high-quality program delivery.

Manage daily operations and facilities for the Newark office, including maintenance, vendor liaison, supplies, event logistics, minor IT triage, and administrative support. Reconcile related billing with finance, support office security and cleanliness, and contribute to process improvements. Role requires in-person presence in Newark and occasional travel.

Provide executive administrative support to multiple senior leaders: calendar and travel management, meeting logistics, stakeholder correspondence, Salesforce data entry, board meeting coordination, and project support. Serve as backup to operations and support on-site event logistics, with occasional travel.

The Head of Public Policy will lead policy strategy for Braven, engaging with stakeholders, managing teams, and creating legislative resources to influence policy in the education and career development sector.

The Software Engineer will enhance user experience by developing full-stack initiatives and guiding team growth through reviews and collaboration while using best practices.

The Head of Board and Council Engagement will strategize and implement board management and develop councils to enhance Braven's outreach and effectiveness, ensuring strong governance, diverse revenue streams, and stakeholder engagement. This includes managing board member relationships, overseeing strategic planning, and leading a team to support governance operations.

The Associate, Employer Partnerships will lead volunteer recruitment, enhance operational systems, and engage employer partners to support Braven's mission.

The Senior Director of Program Operations leads post-accelerator programming at Braven, ensuring operational excellence and strategic growth. Responsibilities include managing teams, supporting Fellows, and innovating program delivery to enhance engagement and outcomes. This role also involves data performance monitoring and cross-functional collaboration to achieve organizational goals.

The Director of Transformation and Strategy will develop multi-year strategies, execute pilot programs, and build operational frameworks to facilitate organizational growth and partnerships while analyzing outcomes and driving learning initiatives.

The Head of Program Design leads the evolution and quality of educational experiences at Braven, focusing on creating impactful, scalable learning programs for college students transitioning to career opportunities.

The Senior Director of Communications & Marketing will lead branding and storytelling strategies, oversee communication efforts, manage external relationships, and mentor a team while driving marketing initiatives for Braven.

The Director of Transformation and Operations will lead strategic initiatives, enhance operations infrastructure, and conduct market intelligence to support Braven's mission of empowering college students after graduation.

Lead launch and oversight of Braven's Alabama region: build regional strategy and advisory board; secure ~$9M in funding pre-launch; manage regional team and external affairs; cultivate university, employer, and community partnerships; raise brand awareness; ensure program execution and long-term sustainability.

Facilitate Braven's Accelerator course virtually and in-person, deliver multiple weekly sections, lead in-person Learning Labs, coach and support Fellows, monitor engagement, communicate with Fellows, collaborate with teammates, and capture program best practices to improve outcomes.

Lead recruitment and enrollment for BravenX, targeting 500+ student Fellows per semester. Manage student interns and ambassadors, run outreach and events, use Salesforce and Google Suite for tracking, support nonprofit partner relationships, contribute to marketing and social media recruitment, and analyze data to improve enrollment and retention.
