The Head of Post Course Strategy is responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive career outcomes for Fellows after college. This involves collaborating with regional teams, managing central programs, and using data to improve the fellow experience and incorporating workforce trends into program development.

Lead and operationalize end-to-end talent lifecycle work: build SOPs, coordinate interviews, support compliance, manage ATS/HRIS configuration, analyze recruiting KPIs, and run a small portfolio of full-cycle searches while driving process and systems improvements.

Lead a team of 5-7 Associate Directors to ensure student success across partner campuses by monitoring grades and outcomes, designing interventions, building systems and L&D for grader management and data fluency, conducting performance reviews, and collaborating with Product, Tech, and cross-functional teams to scale high-quality program delivery.
