Teams at Braven

Lead operational design and reporting for Insights & Strategy: build and own progress-to-goal reporting, coordinate cross-functional partnerships, manage team rhythms and knowledge, design meetings and processes, produce data-driven narratives and visualizations, and support councils and capacity-building projects to track organizational priorities.

Facilitate Braven's Accelerator course (virtual and in-person), deliver multiple weekly sections, lead learning labs, support and engage Fellows, communicate weekly updates, monitor Fellow progress, provide coach support, collaborate with cross-functional teams, document best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement to increase Fellow success and program impact.

Lead multiple cross-functional projects on the Product team using Agile, Scrum, and Kanban. Manage end-to-end project life cycles, documentation, backlogs, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication to deliver high-impact outcomes. Collaborate with product owners and program managers, contribute to PM best practices, and support Bravens project management Centers of Excellence.
