Leads organization-wide progress monitoring and reporting, including board updates, data analysis, and data-driven narratives. Coordinates cross-functional partnerships among Product, Systems, and External Affairs, supports internal and external councils, and owns the Insights & Strategy team’s planning, meeting cadence, knowledge management, and process improvement. Requires strong writing, strategic thinking, quantitative analysis, collaboration, discretion, and operational execution.

Leads fundraising strategy and execution for an assigned regional portfolio, targeting approximately $23 million annually. Partners with regional leaders to cultivate donors, manage moves management, track pipelines, and achieve revenue goals. Oversees grant-writing workflows, donor stewardship, narratives, collateral, CRM systems, and quarterly action plans. Collaborates with development, communications, marketing, data, finance, and systems teams while engaging directly with funders and donors. The role is primarily internal-facing and includes occasional regional travel and non-traditional hours.

Administer Braven’s Jira Service Management, Slack, Zoom, and related collaboration platforms. Design workflow automations using Jira rules, Okta Workflows, scripting, and other tools to improve internal processes. Provide tier 2/3 support, maintain technical documentation, collaborate on infrastructure decisions, manage integrations, coordinate with vendors, and evaluate new technologies. The role is hybrid in Chicago, Newark, or New York City, with occasional onsite support and travel two to four times annually.
