First‑line IT support specialist who triages and resolves helpdesk tickets via Jira Service Management, deploys and configures hardware, supports onboarding/offboarding, provides end‑user support and training (Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack), maintains IT asset inventory and basic MDM tasks. Hybrid role in Chicago with occasional travel.

Lead and operationalize end-to-end talent lifecycle work: build SOPs, coordinate interviews, support compliance, manage ATS/HRIS configuration, analyze recruiting KPIs, and run a small portfolio of full-cycle searches while driving process and systems improvements.

Lead cultivation and management of employer partnerships across government, law, education, nonprofit, health, media, and arts sectors. Build shared-value strategies, prospect at scale, manage a portfolio of high-stakes partners, source fellowship and volunteer opportunities, drive revenue goals, coordinate cross-functional operations, track partnership pipeline, and support national events to expand fellow opportunities and organizational impact.
