Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Location Operations Manager, including scheduling, reports, budgets, project documentation, cross-department coordination, onboarding, and HR admin while maintaining accurate records and handling confidential information.

Own and evolve IT operations for a remote, multi-location organization: device provisioning, user lifecycle and access management, Microsoft 365/Azure AD administration, MDM, endpoint security, patching, VPNs, and vendor/licensing management. Maintain IT policies, documentation, and support onboarding while contributing to infrastructure projects and cross-functional IT initiatives.

Own and grow high-value relationships with builders, architects, and designers; manage full sales cycles for luxury smart-home projects; close six-figure deals; develop territory strategy; oversee key accounts and collaborate with project and design teams to deliver premium technology-driven homes.
