Provide bedside support in the Emergency Department under RN direction: take vitals, collect specimens, assist with patient transport and wound care, start saline locks and draw blood, assist in codes, restock and clean rooms, and perform other ED-appropriate duties within LPN scope.

Provide full-spectrum OB/GYN care in a hospital-owned practice: outpatient consults and office procedures, manage a steady surgical volume (three OR days/month), participate in a 1-in-4 call rotation as backup to midwives, and support obstetric services (250–300 births/year). Work ~3–4 days/week, seeing 12–14 patients/day, collaborate with midwives and hospital staff, and maintain board certification and licensure.

Provide comprehensive medical care for hospitalized patients including admissions, daily rounds, diagnostics, treatment, discharges, emergency/resuscitative response, coordination with specialists and primary care, documentation in the EMR, participation in quality improvement and hospital committees, and patient/family education.

Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures across modalities (x-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound, nuclear medicine, mammography, bone density); ensure patient safety and radiation protection; maintain records, supplies, and quality control; work under Radiology leadership in a hospital setting.

Outpatient noninvasive cardiologist to provide general cardiology clinic care including EKG interpretation, ambulatory monitoring, transthoracic echo; potential for stress testing and device management. Works with two APPs, limited inpatient/ED coverage, no nights or weekends.

Lead and manage Respiratory Services for inpatient and outpatient care, oversee staffing, budgeting, equipment, and Blood Gas Laboratory compliance. Provide hands-on RRT patient care including ventilation management, blood gas analysis, emergency response, equipment maintenance, and patient education. Promote quality improvement, staff development, interdisciplinary collaboration, and adherence to regulatory and accreditation standards.

Operate CT equipment and perform CT exams, ensure patient care and radiation safety, maintain records, stock supplies, organize scheduling, and provide diagnostic imaging services for inpatients, outpatients, and ER patients within a hospital radiology department.

Scholarship-funded pathway to become a Radiologic Technologist: perform diagnostic X-rays, position patients, operate and maintain imaging equipment, follow radiation safety protocols, and collaborate with clinical teams. Recipient must complete an accredited RT program, obtain licensure, and commit to two years full-time employment at Brattleboro Memorial Hospital.

Designs, implements, manages, and troubleshoots hospital network infrastructure and cloud connectivity. Ensures performance, security (HIPAA), business continuity, documentation, and acts as SME for Cisco, Barracuda, VMware, and M365-related services while collaborating with IT and clinical teams.

Provide full-spectrum orthopedic care including diagnosis, surgical and non-surgical treatment, joint replacements, fracture repair, arthroscopy, perioperative management, multidisciplinary coordination, and maintenance of medical records and continuing education.
