Provide bedside support in the Emergency Department under RN direction: take vitals, collect specimens, assist with patient transport and wound care, start saline locks and draw blood, assist in codes, restock and clean rooms, and perform other ED-appropriate duties within LPN scope.

Provide full-spectrum OB/GYN care in a hospital-owned practice: outpatient consults and office procedures, manage a steady surgical volume (three OR days/month), participate in a 1-in-4 call rotation as backup to midwives, and support obstetric services (250–300 births/year). Work ~3–4 days/week, seeing 12–14 patients/day, collaborate with midwives and hospital staff, and maintain board certification and licensure.

Provide comprehensive medical care for hospitalized patients including admissions, daily rounds, diagnostics, treatment, discharges, emergency/resuscitative response, coordination with specialists and primary care, documentation in the EMR, participation in quality improvement and hospital committees, and patient/family education.
