Maintain and support secure, high-performance HPC compute, storage, and network environments for scientific research. Onboard labs and instruments, manage user access and environment configurations, integrate with cloud and lab data sources, support LIMS/ELN and analytics integrations, and provide fast remote support to minimize instrument downtime while ensuring compliance with IT governance and security standards.

Provide strategic and technical cybersecurity and privacy support for Braskem Europe: implement security solutions, run penetration tests and audits (NIST 2.0/ISO 27001), manage threat intelligence, conduct DPIAs, ensure GDPR and NIS 2 compliance, lead projects, develop guidelines, and support cross‑functional stakeholders.

Lead CFD modeling and simulation for fermentation and downstream process scale-up from lab to pilot/demo. Establish CFD capability and best practices, develop mechanistic and data‑driven models, support process design and optimization, evaluate new technologies and digital tools, and collaborate closely with R&D and data science teams to mitigate technical scale‑up risks.

Serve as the primary HR contact for leaders and employees at the Wesseling site, advising on recruitment, compensation, performance, labor law, development, and workforce planning. Manage the full employee lifecycle, liaise with works council, support HR program implementation, audits, training, HRM system maintenance, organizational design, succession planning, and culture initiatives.
