The Opportunity
As a CRM Engineer you will be responsible for transforming design and product vision into working product and you will develop, customize, and enhance functionalities of Veeva CRM. You will contribute to development of a cutting-edge platform that empowers our organization's digital capabilities for Patients and Healthcare Professionals.
Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with other agile/scrum team members to craft clear user stories, design tests for prototypes and products, and continuously deliver product enhancements
  • Use agile engineering practices and various software and Veeva technologies to rapidly develop creative and efficient solutions that enhance the customer and employee experience.
  • Translate business, and functional requirements into documented technical specifications or User Stories and ensure solutions meet requirements outlined in the design documentation.
  • Utilize development skills to build and unit test functionality per technical specifications with an eye towards automated regression and unit test scripts.
  • Communicate with business stakeholders about Agile processes to set and manage expectations about delivery methods and timelines, estimate efforts and report on the work progress.
  • Continuously reach out to internal clients demonstrate and validate developed functionality.


Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, systems analysis, product management or a related study, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of work experience developing, configuring and deploying solutions in the Veeva CRM environment
  • Proven track record in Veeva CRM solution development including additional features and systems (Veeva VAULT, ALIGN, MyInsight), or integrated services (Web Services, APIs, Apex classes, Apex exchange products and Javascript/angular js).
  • 1+ years of work experience in Agile and DevOps environments.
  • Experience in Veeva CRM and Salesforce development is a must.
  • Knowledge of working in a multi-org Veeva CRM platform architecture and its supporting infrastructure components.
  • Experience with code refactoring, design patterns, design-driven development, continuous deployment, highly scalable applications and application security
  • Sound problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly process complex information
  • Ability to work in complex environment and enjoy working autonomously.
  • Ability to write and speak in the English language.
