Manage a portfolio of client accounts as the primary relationship contact, providing strategic guidance and ensuring customers receive value from Cision Insights programs. Coordinate with internal intelligence and delivery teams to maintain accurate, high-quality outputs, resolve issues, and support client requests. Contribute to renewals, proposals, contracts, retention, and upsell opportunities while identifying client risks and growth opportunities. Research, write, edit, and quality-check insight deliverables when needed.

Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts as a trusted advisor, driving product adoption, renewals, upsells, onboarding/training, success plans, and cross-functional issue resolution to maximize customer value and retention.

Design, build, and improve reliable, secure, and scalable cloud platforms and SRE tooling. Lead cross-functional platform delivery, automate infrastructure and CI/CD, mentor engineers, participate in 24x7 on-call support, and drive observability, security, and operational best practices across environments.
