Prospect and qualify new clients across the DACH region through outbound calls, emails and social outreach. Build and manage a lead pipeline using Salesloft, Salesforce and LinkedIn, book product demos for Account Executives, handle inbound requests, meet quarterly targets, and develop expertise in Cision/Brandwatch SaaS products.

Manage a portfolio of Brandwatch customers to drive retention, adoption, and account growth. Build executive relationships, oversee onboarding, lead training, run renewals and QBRs, surface product feedback, coordinate cross-functional teams, and use CRM and customer insights to identify risks and opportunities.

The Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle, generate leads, engage with potential customers, and close deals while maintaining pipeline.
