Develops and implements SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, site-structure improvements, content creation, link building, and search-ranking analysis and reporting for agency clients.

Handle 20–30 inbound calls daily regarding WordPress website development, edits, and redesign projects. Qualify leads, understand project scope, engage prospective clients, document information in the lead management system, and eventually close sales. The role requires strong organization, communication, analytical ability, inside sales experience, and preferably WordPress knowledge. Work hours are flexible within the company’s Pacific Time operating window.

Develop new business and maintain client relationships by handling inbound sales calls, prospecting, building a sales pipeline, assessing client objectives, recommending marketing and web solutions, closing sales, and writing project proposals.
