Drive revenue growth for Branch’s Premium Solutions across India by developing the market, building sales pipelines, running campaigns, presenting product demonstrations, and cultivating relationships with major customers. Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Pre-Sales, localize sales materials, provide product feedback, represent Branch at regional events, and travel frequently as needed.

Own and operate the delivery platform and embed with an engineering team to improve deployment automation, CI/CD, GitOps, IaC, and production reliability. Lead AI-augmented ops (runbooks, alerting, incident response), build environments, set standards, tune streaming and datastore infrastructure, and mentor teams while tracking DORA and reliability metrics.

Provide technical customer support through ticket management, investigate and replicate SDK, analytics, and attribution issues, analyze logs, troubleshoot APIs and web technologies, and collaborate with Account Management, Product, and Engineering. Maintain SLA performance, document solutions in internal knowledge tools, and continuously learn Branch products. The role requires strong communication, multitasking, SQL, API, and Chrome Developer Tools proficiency, with mobile SDK and web development experience preferred.
