The Chief Financial Officer will own finance strategy, FP&A, accounting, controls, cash management, tax compliance, risk, insurance, vendor oversight, and board reporting. The role will build scalable financial infrastructure for a seasonal, multi-state organization, including forecasting, unit economics, revenue recognition, consolidated reporting, financial systems integration, and working-capital management. The CFO will partner with the CEO, Board, HR, Operations, Sales, auditors, lenders, and investors while leading finance staff and outsourced providers.

Manages after-school, guided recess, and summer camp programs across the Chicagoland area. Oversees daily operations, program quality, staffing, schedules, payroll coordination, compliance, school partnerships, incident documentation, and reporting. Recruits, trains, coaches, and supports instructors while resolving on-site issues and ensuring contract, safety, curriculum, and regulatory requirements are met. Collaborates with Operations, HR, Sales, Curriculum, and Payroll teams on seasonal transitions and growth initiatives.

Owns HR and employment compliance for a remote organization operating youth programs across multiple states. Responsibilities include California employment-law compliance, seasonal hiring and payroll compliance, background screening and mandated-reporter processes, HRIS and benefits administration, employee relations, investigations, performance management, policies, workers’ compensation, unemployment claims, onboarding, and manager support. The role manages three HR resources, partners with executives and counsel, and oversees high-volume seasonal hiring while maintaining audit-ready compliance records.

Coordinate day-to-day operations of after-school, guided recess, and summer camp programs across multiple schools. Manage logistics, inventory, attendance, staffing, instructor support, site visits, stakeholder relations, and training to ensure program quality and continuity.

Field-based Customer Success Manager responsible for post-sale revenue across a portfolio of 30+ school and district accounts. Own renewals, drive upsells and expansion, manage account plans and health, maintain Salesforce pipeline and forecasts, travel frequently across a large California territory, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adoption and retention.
