Lead and supervise on-site after-school sports, STEM, and arts programs for K-8 students. Manage and coach a team of instructors, enforce safety and check-in/out procedures, communicate with parents and school staff, instruct fundamentals across activities, and maintain program operations and curriculum compliance.

Owns brand positioning, messaging, content strategy, thought leadership, website content, LinkedIn, sales enablement, and field marketing for K-12 education audiences. Develops white papers, case studies, campaigns, presentations, and district-specific materials that build credibility and generate partnerships. Partners with executives, sales, and operations, manages a creative resource, improves digital conversion, and leads conference marketing, with emphasis on California expanded learning and ELO-P.

Owns HR and employment compliance for a remote organization operating youth programs across multiple states. Responsibilities include California employment-law compliance, seasonal hiring and payroll compliance, background screening and mandated-reporter processes, HRIS and benefits administration, employee relations, investigations, performance management, policies, workers’ compensation, unemployment claims, onboarding, and manager support. The role manages three HR resources, partners with executives and counsel, and oversees high-volume seasonal hiring while maintaining audit-ready compliance records.
