Oversee on-site after-school programs, lead and coach a team of instructors, implement BAM! curriculum, maintain safety and check-in procedures, communicate with parents and school staff, and actively coach students in STEM, arts, sports, and structured recess.

Lead daily operations of a day camp, supervise and mentor 2-6 instructors, ensure camper safety and engagement, handle parent/staff communications and conflict resolution, manage administrative tasks (email, Google Docs/Sheets), complete required training and background check, and adapt to on-the-fly challenges during the full-time summer season.

Lead and supervise on-site after-school sports, STEM, and arts programs. Manage and mentor coaches, ensure safety and check-in/out procedures, communicate with parents and school staff, instruct students K-8 in fundamentals, run structured recess activities, and maintain program standards and reporting to the Program Manager.
