Design, train, and deploy perception, SLAM, prediction, and motion-planning ML systems for safe navigation. Translate research into production C++/Python implementations, build data pipelines and evaluation infrastructure from fleet logs, optimize on-device performance, own end-to-end features from sim to fleet rollout, and mentor engineers across robotics, ML, and systems.

Lead architecture and re-architecture of HAL, telemetry, and C++ middleware for autonomous mobile robots. Integrate sensors, optimize embedded performance, drive migrations from Python to C++, mentor engineers, and ensure system reliability and observability across the robotics platform.

Lead technical direction for autonomy systems across perception, SLAM, prediction, and planning. Architect and ship ML-driven features from research to fleet, mentor engineers, drive hiring, and improve data, evaluation, and deployment infrastructure for embedded robotic systems.

Plan and execute robotic integration programs across the product lifecycle. Coordinate cross-functional engineering teams (software, hardware, firmware, cloud, autonomy), manage schedules and milestones, liaise with partners and product management, identify risks and mitigations, and present technical program updates. Up to 25% travel.

Lead engineering operations team supporting R&D, QA/Test, production and repair labs. Manage OEM production support, process optimization, budgets, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma. Mentor technicians and project engineers, drive manufacturing efficiency, and oversee project delivery, resource allocation, and operational metrics.

Own and define operational metrics in BigQuery; validate and monitor data quality; build dashboards, lineage, and tooling; partner with engineering, product, and operations to turn analyses into repeatable KPIs and process improvements.

Lead product vision, strategy, and roadmap for BrainOS® product area. Engage customers and partners to discover use cases, define pricing and features, run research and POCs, and collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and program management to deliver B2B robotics and autonomy solutions.

Support Pilot Operations by coordinating schedules, tracking milestones, translating engineering updates for operations, documenting workflows, tracking issues/risks, creating enablement materials, and owning technical tasks to help scale robotic product deployments.
