Leads engineering operations, including engineering technicians, project engineers, R&D support, QA and test, production, and repair labs. Oversees manufacturing partner and supplier relationships, production process optimization, technical support projects, continuous improvement, budgets, resource allocation, and operational metrics. Drives Lean and Six Sigma initiatives, resolves complex technical issues, supports OEM production launches, and develops a high-performing engineering operations team.

Develop and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform, build APIs and services connecting robots and applications, design data pipelines, and support fleet management capabilities. The role includes testing, monitoring, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and collaboration with web, robotics, and data engineering teams. Candidates should have software engineering experience, cloud expertise, and familiarity with Go, Python, TypeScript, infrastructure as code, containers, Kubernetes, and RESTful APIs.

Design, train, and deploy perception, SLAM, prediction, and motion-planning ML systems for safe navigation. Translate research into production C++/Python implementations, build data pipelines and evaluation infrastructure from fleet logs, optimize on-device performance, own end-to-end features from sim to fleet rollout, and mentor engineers across robotics, ML, and systems.
