Lead institutional program components of a large historic hospital redevelopment through planning, design, pre-construction, and construction. Serve as primary client interface, manage budgets/schedules/procurement, coordinate consultants and contractors, develop project controls and QA/QC, advise on delivery strategy, and support business development and team mentorship.
