Part-time fall internship supporting research, data analysis, financial modeling, survey and interview work, and development of presentation materials. Collaborate with project teams on real estate, planning, and finance client engagements while contributing to analysis, deliverables, and process improvements.

Own B&D’s visual brand expression and creative direction while personally designing high-priority work across digital, print, presentations, proposals, publications, events, social media, recruiting, and internal communications. Build scalable brand standards, templates, tools, workflows, and quality-control processes. Translate complex ideas and data into compelling visual communications, manage projects and external creative partners, and guide responsible adoption of AI and emerging creative technologies.

Lead complex projects from planning and design through construction and closeout, initially focused on data centers. Manage client relationships, budgets, schedules, procurement, contracts, project controls, design reviews, construction coordination, risk mitigation, stakeholder communications, and closeout. Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and vendors while supporting business development activities.
