Leads strategic communications, public engagement, stakeholder relations, and reporting for a K-12 school district’s capital improvement and bond program. Develops communications plans and public-facing materials, facilitates community meetings, advises facilities leadership, tracks engagement metrics, coordinates internship programming, supports business development, and mentors communications staff. The role is fully onsite in Oakland and requires collaboration with district leaders, project teams, community groups, and diverse stakeholders.

Supports daily operations across Washington, DC, New York, and Boston offices by coordinating invoicing, accounts receivable, contracts, project setup, reporting, business development materials, HR activities, meetings, events, vendors, and workplace logistics. Partners with Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, Legal, Operations, leadership, and project teams to manage priorities, improve efficiency, support employees, and maintain an organized office environment.

Lead planning and development advisory engagements for higher-education and mission-driven institutions. Manage projects end-to-end—research, market and financial analysis, space planning, stakeholder engagement—mentor analysts, oversee project financials, ensure quality, and support business development.
