Administer and monitor SaaS and on-premises IT services, maintain servers, hardware, virtualization, networks, office Wi-Fi, assets, and user support systems. Manage incidents and problems, troubleshoot production services, and improve technical processes. Requires Linux administration, networking, virtualization, hardware, scripting, and independent problem-solving skills. The role is based in Prague and supports internal infrastructure in a Bitcoin industry company.

Build and own full-stack features for Braiins Manager across TypeScript/NestJS services, PostgreSQL, Angular, React, distributed systems, and Kubernetes. Develop internal AI agent tooling involving MCP integrations, retrieval, orchestration, context engineering, and evaluations. Troubleshoot production systems at scale, write robust tests, and collaborate independently in a fully remote international team.

Provide technical support for Braiins OS and Braiins Manager, helping bitcoin mining clients install, configure, monitor, and troubleshoot hardware, networks, firmware, and software. Use Linux, command-line tools, APIs, and SSH for remote diagnostics. Maintain knowledgebases, educate customers, communicate feedback to product and development teams, and support service improvements. The role requires fluent English, strong communication, technical aptitude, and availability within UTC+7 hours.
