Own and automate the commercial team's systems and daily operations across CRM, accounting, marketing, product, and business development to remove bottlenecks and streamline quoting, contracting, invoicing, and reporting.

Own day-to-day bookkeeping, support month- and year-end close and statutory audit, produce management reports, handle invoicing, payments, bank reconciliations, and provide controlling/analytical financial information while collaborating with international colleagues.

Maintain and improve reliability, deployment automation, and observability for Braiins Pool. Optimize GitLab CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes deployments, incident response, and internal tooling. Collaborate across platform, backend, frontend, QA, and support teams to reduce manual toil, improve developer experience, and ensure production readiness.
