Manage and expand strategic Defence accounts across Australian defence primes, OEMs, system integrators, contractors, and government agencies. Develop account and growth plans, identify opportunities, coordinate quotations, manage complex sales cycles, build supplier and customer relationships, represent the company at industry events, and achieve revenue, margin, pipeline, and strategic growth targets.

Coordinates external advertising and social media planning, content creation, scheduling, budgets, analytics, and campaign reporting. Develops social media strategies, applies SEO techniques, monitors industry trends, collaborates with marketing teams and media partners, and ensures content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

Drive new business development for embedded and display technology services across EMEA. Develop customer segment strategies, identify revenue opportunities, build customer and supplier relationships, promote value-added services, analyze market trends, support embedded technology training, and track pipeline, visits, and sales data for forecasting. The role is remote in the UK with regular travel across Europe.

Oversee and optimize supply chain processes within a production facility. Responsibilities include supplier selection and negotiations, inventory management, production replenishment, warehousing and fulfillment improvements, cost reduction, process optimization, and supply chain risk mitigation. The role collaborates with procurement, engineering, marketing, operations, sales, and production teams while leading cross-functional initiatives.
