Manages Braemac’s supplier relationships and strategic business plans to drive profitable growth. Develops marketing plans, conducts supplier reviews, expands the supplier base, supports product launches, negotiates supplier contracts, coordinates promotional budgets, and provides product expertise to sales teams. The role also monitors supplier performance, supports major customer opportunities, and collaborates with marketing, product management, suppliers, and executive leadership. This is a fully remote position focused on electronic component distribution.

Provides Tier II application and service desk support across Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and Business Central. Troubleshoots incidents, supports end users, escalates complex issues, manages endpoint hardware lifecycles, coordinates regional deployments, and improves ITSM processes. The role supports APAC users, collaborates with technical and business teams, and provides occasional onsite assistance and regional travel.

Develop and expand relationships with strategic accounts in South Australia. Responsibilities include account planning, customer business reviews, revenue and margin growth, pipeline generation, opportunity management, quotation coordination, and collaboration with product management, engineering, procurement, customer service, warehouse, and finance teams.
