Manage budgeting, reporting, cost control, forecasting, financial modeling, compliance, and scenario analysis for the Americas organization. Partner with department heads and senior leadership to align budgets with corporate goals, monitor performance, provide strategic financial insights, and advise on investments and resource allocation. The role is hybrid and based in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Leads advanced technical support by investigating and resolving complex application issues, performing root-cause analysis, escalating problems to Engineering and Quality, and supporting customers and partners. The role maintains case records and knowledge-base content, participates in new product introduction programs, trains and mentors lower-tier support agents, communicates with customers, and provides frontline support during peak periods. The position is based in Fort Mill, South Carolina, includes on-call coverage, and requires up to 15% travel.

Own premium support relationships, lead technical escalations and P1/P2 incident response, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate remediation across Support, Engineering, Cloud Operations, Security, and Product. Analyze telemetry and usage trends to optimize customer configurations, improve adoption, develop success plans, conduct service reviews and QBRs, and create runbooks, playbooks, knowledge articles, and technical guides.
