Performs quality inspections, testing, and non-conformity tracking for electronics repair processes. Analyzes quality data, supports audits, identifies process improvements, and collaborates with production and engineering teams to implement best practices. Provides training to junior team members, supports new workstation setup, and assists third-party partners while helping meet customer and regulatory requirements.

Provides strategic and operational leadership for global enterprise application teams spanning customer experience, engineering, and non-ERP systems. Oversees approximately 25 professionals, application roadmaps, digital platforms, Salesforce, PLM, e-commerce, integrations, manufacturing engineering systems, and enterprise data connections. Leads architecture standards, application stabilization, TSA exit planning, Day 1 readiness, and collaboration across IT and business stakeholders.

Develop and optimize embedded firmware for thermal inkjet cartridge systems and companion software. Design customer-facing development kits, desktop applications, and APIs; integrate firmware with electrical, mechanical, and FPGA systems; manage testing and version control; and provide technical leadership through architecture, code reviews, documentation, and engineering best practices.
