Lead and build the Strategic Growth & Business Development function to identify new markets, win strategic customers, and create high-impact partnerships. Develop multi-year growth strategies, lead enterprise negotiations, build a predictable pipeline, and partner with cross-functional leaders to drive revenue and profitability. Recruit and coach a high-performing commercial team to scale growth capabilities.

Lead end-to-end demand forecasting and S&OP demand pillar, align Sales/Marketing/Finance/Operations, improve forecast accuracy, manage forecasting KPIs, mentor demand planning team, support scenario modeling and system optimization to balance demand, inventory, and service objectives.

Manage high-volume AP processing (5,000+ invoices/month) for domestic and international vendors, match POs, enter invoices, reconcile vendor statements, resolve discrepancies, assist month-end close, respond to vendor/internal inquiries, and produce ad hoc Excel reports using VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.

Optimize inventory availability and service levels through data analysis, replenishment planning, purchase order management, ERP inventory controls, and cross-functional coordination with suppliers, marketing, sales, and operations. Provide regular inventory and service level reporting and manage product phase-ins/outs.

The Trade/Channel Marketing Manager drives profitability through effective channel plans, product assortment, pricing, promotional strategies, and cross-functional collaboration.

The Associate Channel Marketing Manager will execute marketing plans for the Walmart account, focusing on item setup, data management, and cross-functional collaboration to support sales and promotional efforts.

The Senior Accountant prepares financial statements, manages the monthly close process, ensures compliance with GAAP, and coordinates year-end audits while promoting a collaborative finance environment.
