Owns enterprise demand forecasting and leads the demand planning pillar of S&OP. Partners with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to translate commercial strategy into consensus forecasts, improve accuracy, optimize inventory, and identify risks. The role establishes forecasting KPIs, supports scenario modeling, enhances planning systems and data governance, presents insights to senior leaders, and mentors demand planning staff.

Drive profitable growth across retail channels and customer accounts by developing data-driven assortment, pricing, promotion, commercialization, and customer planning strategies. Analyze POS, syndicated, consumer, category, and market data to identify opportunities. Support product launches, build business and line reviews, present recommendations, and collaborate with Sales, Product Development, Finance, and Operations to execute growth initiatives.

Manage high-volume accounts receivable deductions by investigating discrepancies, validating claims, disputing invalid deductions, and maximizing repayment. Maintain accurate records, provide portfolio updates, research recurring issues, identify root causes, recommend process improvements, and communicate with customers and internal partners. Support audit documentation and prioritize deduction work according to vendor deadlines.

Own multiple complex new product development programs from concept through retail launch. Lead cross-functional teams, manage integrated timelines, costs, scope, risks, and phase-gate milestones. Facilitate executive alignment, communicate project status and trade-offs, resolve conflicts, and drive decisions without formal authority. Help establish PMO standards, tools, processes, and continuous-improvement practices within a newly formed project management organization.

Reviews, researches, validates, and resolves customer shortage and overage deduction claims. The role maintains claim records, updates deduction systems, gathers documentation, coordinates with customer service, operations, and accounting, supports root-cause analysis, and approves or denies claims. It prepares weekly management findings and monthly deduction summaries, performs trend analysis, communicates system issues, and supports corrective actions to reduce recurring chargebacks.

Leads and mentors an engineering team responsible for designing and producing consumer kitchenware and cleaning products. Oversees CAD and SolidWorks development, stress analysis, technical assessments, RFQs, regulatory compliance, quality standards, testing, and product lifecycle execution. Collaborates with product development, design, marketing, suppliers, manufacturing, and quality teams while managing timelines, budgets, resources, and VAVE initiatives. Ensures designs align with tooling, production processes, safety requirements, and product performance standards.
