Plan, schedule and monitor production via the Master Production Schedule (MPS). Provide hands-on, customer-facing technical support for mining products (buckets, G.E.T., crawler systems). Support field evaluations, warranty analysis, product design/customisation, reverse engineering, CAD/FEA modelling, and cross-functional collaboration to improve product performance and deliver solutions to customers.

Gather and analyse business requirements and processes, document current and future-state workflows, support business cases and solution evaluation, assist testing and UAT, track actions/issues, and support continuous improvement across global operations.

The Design Engineer will develop, improve, and customize mining equipment, focusing on Crawler Systems. Responsibilities include 3D modeling, drafting, product analysis, and collaboration with manufacturing teams.

The Quality Assurance Specialist will oversee production quality, manage ISO compliance, lead QA teams, and ensure operational excellence.

The Senior Design Engineer designs and improves mineral processing products, supports manufacturing and sales, and provides technical customer support while ensuring compliance with engineering standards.

Diagnose site issues, support field evaluations and warranty analysis, produce CAD models and simulation inputs, assist with product design, reverse engineering, trials, and validation while coordinating with sales, manufacturing and supply chain.

Support process improvement and change initiatives by analysing impacts, facilitating workshops, documenting current/future-state processes, tracking risks/actions, aiding testing and post-implementation reviews, and creating readiness, communications and training materials to help teams adopt new ways of working.

Coordinate end-to-end foreign worker administration and immigration compliance; support recruitment, onboarding, HR policy implementation, recordkeeping, audits, and employee relations. Liaise with government agencies and external providers, coordinate arrivals and accommodation, prepare workforce reports, and partner with site leaders to deliver People & Culture initiatives at the Merlimau site.

Design and improve heavy industrial mineral-processing and material-handling products. Produce 3D models and detailed manufacturing drawings, perform engineering analysis, support manufacture and installations, conduct site inspections and reverse engineering, and provide technical guidance to sales, manufacturing and customers while contributing to engineering standards and continuous improvement.

Supervise and coordinate After Cast operations (demoulding, heat treatment, grinding, cleaning, packing), plan short-term production flow, manage logistics to shipping, maintain safety and quality standards, handle payroll/timekeeping and scheduling, support and coach foremen and unionized staff, monitor performance, inventory and financial/operational metrics.

Monitor melting and heat treatment, review inspection and test results, prepare test certificates and documentation, investigate non-conformances, recommend corrective actions, support material selection and process improvements, maintain QMS and calibration, and participate in continuous improvement and safety activities.

Design and improve mechanical products for mineral processing and material handling. Produce 3D models, detailed drawings, and manufacturing documentation; perform design calculations, analysis and simulations; support manufacturing, installations and customer-site investigations; coordinate design release and engineering standards; and capture product IP.
