Gather and analyse business requirements and processes, document current and future-state workflows, support business cases and solution evaluation, assist testing and UAT, track actions/issues, and support continuous improvement across global operations.

Create and maintain clear technical documentation (user guides, SOPs, manuals, release notes, specifications, knowledge base) managed in Teamcenter and document systems. Plan, prioritise and deliver documentation across projects, manage version control and lifecycle, ensure compliance with standards, and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to support manufacturing and customer needs.

The Design Engineer will develop, improve, and customize mining equipment, focusing on Crawler Systems. Responsibilities include 3D modeling, drafting, product analysis, and collaboration with manufacturing teams.
