Provides metallurgical and materials engineering support to product development, engineering, and manufacturing teams. Responsibilities include failure investigations, root-cause analysis, technical reporting, manufacturing support, quality audits, material testing, product validation, and continuous improvement. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams across Bradken’s mining and foundry operations in a hybrid Lima-based environment.

Develops and optimizes global marketing automation systems, workflows, and customer journeys. Integrates Salesforce CRM with Pardot, analyzes campaign and customer data, conducts A/B testing, improves conversion rates, and supports personalized, data-driven engagement strategies. Collaborates with marketing, sales, and technology teams while ensuring data governance, privacy compliance, quality assurance, and reliable platform integrations.

Manage mining-industry customer accounts across West Africa, building relationships, identifying growth opportunities, achieving sales and margin targets, and supporting tailored product solutions. Maintain customer engagement plans, forecasts, quotes, proposals, and account performance in Salesforce. Analyze markets and competitor activity, negotiate commercial agreements, collaborate on product trials, and travel extensively to customer and mining sites.
