Hands-on warehouse role responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing and dispatching orders. Operate forklifts, manage inventory records, complete shipping documentation, assist with stocktakes, and maintain a safe, organised work area.

Process weekly, fortnightly and monthly Australian payrolls; manage employee changes, benefits, deductions, leave and terminations; support time and attendance; ensure compliance with awards, tax and superannuation; reconcile payrolls, resolve discrepancies, maintain confidential records, and support payroll process improvements.

Plan, schedule and monitor production via the Master Production Schedule (MPS). Coordinate short- and medium-term capacity and materials planning, manage customer orders and delivery performance, collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Sales and Supply Chain, maintain MRP/ERP and planning data, produce operational reports, and drive continuous improvement to ensure safe, efficient on-time manufacturing.
