Manages controls capital projects, continuous improvement initiatives, vendor relationships, documentation, safety compliance, and equipment launches. Requires extensive industrial automation leadership, expertise in Allen-Bradley PLCs, HMI, industrial networking, robotics, motion control, electrical controls, and manufacturing processes.

Leads engineering teams and oversees new product development, sustaining engineering, process improvement, and cross-functional initiatives. Responsibilities include resource planning, project scheduling, risk and budget management, technical design oversight, manufacturability and reliability improvements, quality issue resolution, engineering process development, and collaboration with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, and Product Management.

Leads system-level design, integration, validation, and production launch of electronic controls and electromechanical systems for water heating appliances. Defines architectures and requirements, develops control strategies, performs troubleshooting and root cause analysis, conducts FMEA and risk assessments, supports regulatory certification, investigates field issues, and mentors junior engineers.

Serves as the primary HR Business Partner for the Middleville site, aligning people strategies with business objectives. Leads talent management, organizational development, workforce planning, employee relations, compensation and benefits initiatives, engagement, leadership development, compliance, and change management. Partners with senior leaders, uses HR analytics to guide decisions, and mentors HR team members while supporting multisite business needs.

Oversee daily accounts payable operations, including high-volume invoice processing, two-way and three-way matching, payment runs, vendor reconciliations, discrepancy resolution, accruals, aging reports, and vendor master data. Lead AP clerks, assign workflows, provide training, and collaborate with purchasing and receiving teams to maintain accurate, compliant financial operations.

Drives product and process quality improvements across boiler and water heater manufacturing. Analyzes quality and warranty data, leads root-cause investigations, develops control plans and FMEAs, implements SPC and capability studies, and manages CAPA and SCAR closure. Oversees supplier quality, audits, PPAP, customer complaints, field issues, and incoming-inspection reduction. Collaborates with engineering, production, procurement, service, suppliers, and customers to reduce scrap, rework, warranty costs, and recurring defects.

Develops and improves manufacturing processes, supports new product launches, leads Lean and Kaizen initiatives, reduces scrap, and improves safety, quality, productivity, and cost. Creates process documentation, control plans, PFMEAs, SOPs, and performance reports. Collaborates with design, production, quality, and maintenance teams; trains production personnel; leads root-cause analysis; and supports equipment procurement and modifications.
