Supports the Sales Operations Department through administrative and reporting activities, including rebate and program maintenance, commission reconciliation, sales and pricing reports, customer transfers, claim-back audits, credits, EDI order support, e-commerce setup, and price-scraping coordination. The role partners with sales, customer service, IT, manufacturers’ representatives, and customers while maintaining accurate records and facilitating back-office operations.

Provides technical product application support for Bradford White water heaters, helping customers and sales teams with sizing, installation, operation, product comparisons, and performance questions. Analyzes product characteristics and customer feedback, supports marketing content, develops technical sales and training materials, and delivers product training to internal and external audiences.

Executes CRM and CMS initiatives, manages website content and functionality, develops customer journeys, and supports landing pages, forms, and digital marketing assets. The role optimizes web user experience, accessibility, and performance while collaborating with Marketing, IT, Sales, Product, and Customer Support. Responsibilities also include CRM administration, site architecture, content updates, campaign execution, and recommendations for improving digital effectiveness. National travel up to 10% is required, with occasional international travel.
