Lead functional support and optimization of Epicor ERP, enabling Quote-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay processes. Provide end-user training, troubleshoot issues, support upgrades, build reports and KPIs with Excel/SQL/Power BI, and collaborate across Sales, Production, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Finance to improve system utilization and business processes.

Lead and work alongside assembly technicians to meet production targets using Lean and single-piece flow. Perform manual and semi-automated assembly of components (up to 65 lbs), operate MHE, train and mentor staff, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and maintain safety and quality standards on the floor.

Lead and develop a manufacturing and process engineering team to design, optimize, automate, and standardize production processes. Drive continuous improvement, structured problem solving, capital projects, and new product/process introductions (DFMEA/PFMEA/PPAP). Partner cross-functionally on operations, quality, supply chain, and sales, ensure compliance with safety and quality systems, and serve as the site technical escalation point.
