You'll need a solid grasp of how the business runs — Quote-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and everything in between — plus the data skills to turn numbers into decisions leadership can act on.

What You'll Do
Own the ERP System
Serve as the functional go-to for Epicor ERP across departments
Troubleshoot issues and support upgrades, enhancements, and rollouts
Support End-Users
Train users and provide hands-on support
Maintain documentation and SOPs
Bridge Business & Systems
Partner with Sales, CS, Production, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Finance to keep systems aligned with operations
Standardize processes and recommend system-based improvements
Turn Data Into Decisions
Build reports/dashboards in Epicor and related tools
Use Excel, SQL, and Power BI to analyze data and develop KPIs
Pitch In on Help Desk
Provide Tier 1 support as part of the IT team's shared coverage
What You Bring
Associate's/bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Business, or related field
3–5 years in a business systems role
Hands-on Epicor 10/Kinetic experience
Advanced Excel; SQL and/or Power BI strongly preferred
Strong analytical and communication skills
Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
Good to Know
Occasional after-hours support and some travel required
Skills Required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a business systems support role or similar position.
- Hands-on experience with Epicor ERP 10 or Kinetic (navigation, configuration, and support).
- Functional knowledge of Epicor modules and system configuration.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end business flows (Quote-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay).
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, Power Query, complex formulas).
- Experience with SQL and/or Power BI.
- Knowledge of database management and SQL (listed as a plus).
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, including KPI development and data mining.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Ability to provide Tier 1 help desk support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and escalate appropriately.
- Ability to support system upgrades, enhancements, testing, deployment, and occasional after-hours support.
