Designs and delivers complex HVAC systems for healthcare, higher education, and laboratory projects. Responsibilities include heating and cooling load calculations, ductwork and piping design, equipment selection, specifications, system sequences, vendor and contractor coordination, interdisciplinary collaboration, RFI responses, submittal reviews, field verification, proposals, client management, and project oversight.

Designs and documents complex mechanical systems for healthcare projects, including ductwork, piping, air-handling units, chilled-water and hot-water systems. Reviews submittals, responds to RFIs, develops construction documents, modifies sequences of operation, applies constant and variable flow systems, and coordinates with architects, owners, and construction managers. Manages design processes and work plans while collaborating independently and within project teams.

Designs and drafts electrical engineering plans, translates system concepts into floor plans, reviews technical product information, coordinates with project teams, manages documentation and project milestones, and supports engineering system concepts and design issue resolution. The role requires collaboration, organization, communication, and proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
