Provide administrative behavioral intervention and support to students and families, de-escalate incidents, coordinate with school staff, maintain records, make referrals, and conduct home visits as needed.

Provide multi-faith pastoral guidance and spiritual leadership to youth and congregation at Boys Town, lead worship services and Bible studies, oversee sacramental records and special events, mentor youth, build volunteer teams, coordinate with staff and external faith communities, and maintain safety, abuse reporting, and attendance at training.

Design, develop, and support headless CMS-driven web applications and cloud-hosted systems using React/Next.js and Azure. Translate business requirements into secure, scalable solutions, optimize cloud environments, maintain CI/CD pipelines, create integrations/APIs, mentor team members, and provide on-call support and end-user training. Incorporates AI tools and continuous improvement practices.
