Provide short-term crisis counseling and de-escalation support through phone, text, chat, and email. Respond compassionately to individuals in crisis, offer problem-solving assistance and referrals, document interactions accurately, and maintain confidentiality. This on-site Omaha hotline role requires weekend and occasional holiday availability, with full-time and part-time shifts available.

Supervises Successful Futures Specialists and oversees services for young adults, including life-skills planning, community supports, crisis intervention, documentation, referrals, staff training, and program compliance. Provides ongoing staff supervision, advocates for participants, supports families, manages data and outcomes, develops community partnerships, and ensures adherence to safety, regulatory, contractual, and accreditation standards. The role also provides on-call crisis support and participates in hiring and staff development.

Provide behavioral and attendance interventions for students; de-escalate incidents using approved techniques; collaborate with school staff and families; refer families to community resources; track student progress, maintain case files, and support overall academic and behavioral success.
