Maintains HRIS records, coordinates pre-employment compliance, supports employee relations and performance management, communicates with candidates and new hires, and facilitates safety-focused orientation. Generates workforce reports, liaises with benefit providers, and ensures timely completion of hiring and onboarding requirements.

Leads a youth club site by creating safe, inclusive, and enriching programs across education, recreation, arts, wellness, and workforce readiness. Supervises and develops staff, manages resources, engages families, uses youth-outcome data to improve programming, and supports community visibility through public relations. May drive a club van when qualified.
