Directs a Boys & Girls Club teen center, overseeing youth programs, staffing, recruitment, safety, budgets, grants, reporting, and community partnerships. Leads program planning and evaluation, coaches staff, ensures compliance with safety and funding expectations, manages facilities and supplies, communicates with families and schools, and supports member discipline and conflict resolution.

Provide administrative and office support to management and executives including schedule and meeting coordination, correspondence, recordkeeping, report and presentation preparation, project coordination, supplies management, and stakeholder communication to ensure efficient office operations.

The Site Coordinator leads youth programs, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment while developing and managing a team to foster youth growth in various areas including education and health.
