Provide administrative support for EHS and sustainability programs: maintain accurate safety metrics, schedule and document investigations, coordinate vendors and audits, prepare visual reports, manage permits and payments, and assist regulatory liaison work. Focus on data integrity and tactical execution of EHS initiatives.

Lead public company financial markets reporting, corporate governance, board reporting, ESG strategy, and enterprise risk management. Oversee disclosure and governance committees, coordinate MD&A and regulatory filings (TSX/SEC), support Board reporting, and collaborate with Investor Relations and financial reporting teams on policies and communications.

Lead a business unit accounting team to ensure accurate revenue, inventory, cost of sales, and expense accounting. Oversee month-end and quarter close, maintain internal controls, coordinate audits, document SOPs, collaborate with Operations and FP&A, mentor staff, and identify process improvements and ERP automations (Workday). Provide variance analysis to support management decision-making.
