Leads corporate FP&A, including budgeting, forecasting, workforce and expense planning, performance analysis, financial modeling, and strategic decision support. Partners with executives and functional leaders on enterprise initiatives, business cases, scenario analysis, and performance improvement. Oversees FP&A resources, develops financial capabilities, and improves planning, reporting, modeling, analytics, and automation processes. Translates complex financial and operational information into executive-level recommendations.

Processes accurate weekly payroll for more than 10,000 employees, including employee setup, tax configuration, data entry, compliance, and timely payments. Provides payroll support to employees, monitors federal and state legislation, recommends compliance solutions, and manages deadlines while maintaining accuracy. The role requires strong analytical, technical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with Excel proficiency.

Provides technical guidance to business unit accountants and supports accurate month-end close and financial reporting. Reviews account reconciliations, performs revenue, gross margin, and operating expense variance analysis, monitors internal controls, and investigates financial variances. Leads process improvements, reduces redundancies, supports workflow implementation, and assists with onboarding and training. Collaborates with accounting, finance, and FP&A teams while ensuring compliance with IFRS and effective business process controls.
