Lead public company financial markets reporting, corporate governance, board reporting, ESG strategy, and enterprise risk management. Oversee disclosure and governance committees, coordinate MD&A and regulatory filings (TSX/SEC), support Board reporting, and collaborate with Investor Relations and financial reporting teams on policies and communications.

Lead procurement analytics by building KPIs, dashboards, and reports (Domo/Excel/Smartsheet); analyze supplier and shop-level procurement performance; develop and communicate procurement policies, SOPs, and training; liaise with finance and operations to improve buying behavior and gross profit through data-driven recommendations and process improvements.

Lead a business unit accounting team to ensure accurate revenue, inventory, cost of sales, and expense accounting. Oversee month-end and quarter close, maintain internal controls, coordinate audits, document SOPs, collaborate with Operations and FP&A, mentor staff, and identify process improvements and ERP automations (Workday). Provide variance analysis to support management decision-making.
