Prepares business-unit accounting for inventory, cost of sales, revenue, accruals, and general ledger reconciliations. Reviews Workday reports, analyzes variances, supports revenue recognition and period-end close, calculates accruals, and recommends accounting adjustments. Partners with operations and stakeholders to resolve reporting questions and enforce financial guidelines. The role requires strong analytical, organizational, communication, Excel, and accounting skills, with attention to confidentiality and competing deadlines.

The Director of Financial Operations leads accounts payable, overseeing accurate and timely payments, cash flow, financial controls, SOX documentation, fraud prevention, KPIs, process automation, and administrative procedures. The role manages recruitment, retention, team development, workflow improvements, and cross-functional stakeholder relationships while ensuring accounting accuracy and operational efficiency. Travel within the United States and Canada may be required, with flexibility to work onsite and remotely.

Lead FP&A team for corporate and consolidated reporting, drive budgeting, forecasting and analytics, build dashboards, streamline reporting processes, and provide actionable financial insights to support strategic decisions. Manage staffing and stakeholder collaboration across the enterprise.
