Provide executive-level administrative support to the Executive Director and senior leadership, liaise with the Board, manage calendars, correspondence, travel and expense reports, coordinate meetings and events, support projects and HR/safety tasks, maintain confidential records, and assist donor and program activities.

Manage day-to-day membership program operations including renewals, acquisition, retention, CRM data entry, member communications, event planning, donor stewardship for a portfolio, budget tracking, and cross-department coordination to grow membership and engagement.

Provide administrative, data-entry, and membership/donor support to the Development team: manage CRM records, coordinate donor communications and events, handle phone and email inquiries, prepare materials and reports, maintain SOPs and gift procedures, assist with board meetings, and support onsite membership activities and visitor interactions.

The Marketing Strategist oversees marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness, increase visitation, and support revenue goals through strategic communication and public relations efforts.
