Lead project-level financial operations for BoxPower's projects: collect and validate ERP and project data, build Excel models and dashboards, automate workflows with AI tools, support budgeting/forecasting, reconcile budgets to actuals, maintain draw schedules and lender reporting, and collaborate with accounting and project teams to manage cost-to-complete and change orders.

The Senior Systems Engineer leads project development for BoxPower microgrid projects, providing technical support, conducting feasibility studies, and designing system specifications and proposals.

Lead technical design and execution of microgrid projects (solar PV, BESS, generators, controls) from concept through commissioning. Produce SLDs, equipment specs, perform load/energy modeling, design SCADA/controls, manage engineering deliverables, coordinate permitting/interconnection, support procurement, provide field and commissioning technical support, mentor engineers, and improve engineering standards.
